Why do you like older kids in front?

The older kids in front rather than the back helps a lot with the show.

First of all, the younger children usually need more care.  With bathroom breaks, accidents or other needs, they are easier to attend to in the back without drawing too much distraction.

Secondly, for safety reasons.  Sometimes the younger kids like to wander.  With the older kids in front, they create a barrier helping to prevent the younger ones to wander on to my performing area to possible get stepped on or tripped over.

The third reason is, the older kids interact better than the younger kids.  They act almost as ambasadors to the show.  The older kids will know better when to laugh and clap while the younger children follow along.  It makes for a show that’s much more fun for everyone.

Can you perform outside?

I don’t do these shows outside.  The main reason is there’s too much distraction and noise.  Another is weather.  I can’t tell you how many times my sound system didn’t work because it was over heated by the sun.  There’s been a small handful of times in mid show needing to relocate due to rain, and there have been countless times where a gust of wind blew over my props sometimes breaking them.  Inside is always better.

What shows do you have to offer?

I have several different shows to offer.  Some are educational and some are just for fun.  To get the most up to date info, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

What is the best age range for your shows?

The programs I offer on this site are specifically designed for pre-K children.  If the majority of your kids are of elementary school age, please let me know.  I do have other shows designed for them too.

How long is the show?

These shows run close to half an hour.

How much space do you need?

I don’t need a whole lot of space.  I’ve found any classroom is plenty big enough for my needs.  The children sit on the floor in front of me and we’re good to go.  The only time that space is an issue is with how many kids.  Occasionally there have been times where two performances are better than one due to space.

Do you need a table?

No, I come completely self contained with everything I need except for a power outlet.  I will need access to power.

How much do you charge?

I have different shows at different price points.  To see the most up to date shows and prices, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

When are you available to come to my school?

The best way to find out if I’m available is to request a show.  Just fill out the form at the bottom of this page and you’ll be directed to a page that has the shows I offer and how much they are.  When you request a date and time, I’ll look at my calendar and see if I’m available and get back to you.  You can also email me at [email protected] or call 505-489-1670.

Can we invite the parents to see the show too?

Absolutely.  As long as there’s room for the show, the audience size doesn’t matter.  The more people, the better.
